David Banks

Dr. Banks, an Educator in the Science Department, teaches Biology and Advanced Molecular Biology. Before teaching, Dr. Banks worked as a laboratory technician in the Space Biosciences Division at NASA, as a post-doctoral scholar at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and as a research scientist at UCLA. Dr. Banks holds a master's degree in education, an additional master's degree in entomology, and a Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology. Dr. Banks has been teaching children for 12 years.
