Additionally, Jill acted as a science instructional coach and content specialist supporting science teachers in learning inquiry-based research best practices in science teaching at two charter management organizations in California. She has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Le Moyne College, a master’s in education in curriculum and instruction from Boston College, and a doctorate in educational leadership from USC. Jill is passionate about providing opportunities for students to engage in science in meaningful ways by asking questions and investigating real-world problems similar to scientists and engineers in

the field.
