Chad developed his passion for food through his childhood travels and adventures.
A native of southern California, Chad decided to attend the California Culinary Academy of San Francisco where he graduated in 2001. He then came home and started working in some of southern California’s top country clubs where he gained invaluable experience in a la carte and banquet service. Chad went on to work in many of Los Angeles’s great restaurants where he gained knowledge in many different cuisines. He took his love of these cuisines and entered the catering world where his creativity and passion for cooking was rewarded with many challenging and enlightening experiences.
