Drina Durazo

M.P.A. - Events and Alumni Manager
Drina is a Los Angeles native and events professional with more than 15 years of experience producing and managing events across education, nonprofit, and arts organizations. She is passionate about building community through meaningful experiences and fostering strong relationships with partners, alumni, families, and stakeholders.

Drina has been part of the UCLA community since 2017. Prior to joining Geffen Academy, she served as Production Services Manager for the Department of Theater at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, where she supported productions, events, and departmental operations.
 
Her professional experience includes event production and management for organizations such as AltaMed, Didi Hirsch, the Humanitas Prize, Huntington Hospital, the Library Foundation of Los Angeles, World of Children, the Young Musicians Foundation, and the YWCA. She also has extensive experience in theater as a producer, director, and arts administrator.
 
Drina holds a Bachelor of Arts from Maryville University and both a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
