A cohort of rising 5th graders will preview Geffen Academy's signature courses: iTrack (Makerspace), PE & Wellness, Drama (Myth), and Art (Ceramics, Drawing, Painting, Crafts). These courses will be taught by Geffen Academy educators, with students guided through their day by dedicated staff. All classes will be scaffolded for the rising 5th-grade mindset, with fun, discovery, and joy at the heart of the program.

Throughout the day, the cohort will have dedicated time for fun, games, and team-building activities. Students will cycle through 45-minute classes, break for 30 minutes of lunch, and continue with additional 45-minute sessions. This three-week program will provide an exciting opportunity for students to connect with curious, like-minded peers and explore Geffen Academy's academic and extracurricular offerings.

Students must have successfully completed the first marking period of 4th grade to register for Geffen Academy 5th Grade Foundations.
