Morell Jones
M.Ed. - Dean of Students and School Culture
Over the last six years at Geffen Academy, Moe has developed a robust 7th grade Civics curriculum and instituted and grown the Model UN program for middle school. Moe brings vision, clarity, and a deep commitment to Geffen Academy's founding mission, and we are pleased to welcome his ideas, warmth, and creativity to the work of the Student Life Suite.
Morell Jones is an alumnus of UCLA, where he received an undergraduate degree in history. He received his master’s in education from Cal State San Marcos.
Morell has served as an educator in the Greater Los Angeles area for over 20 years and has taught at both the elementary and secondary levels. He has also served as a student support/intervention specialist. He is inspired by his students to help them reach their full potential and has enjoyed taking them to great heights no matter where they come from.
