Aaron Cohen

Ph.D. – Mathematics Educator

Aaron received his B.S., M.Eng. and Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

After completing his Ph.D. in electrical engineering (focusing on information theory), Aaron worked for more than a decade in finance as a quantitative analyst. Prior to coming to Geffen Academy, he developed math enrichment programs in the Manhattan Beach Unified School District. He has a lifelong passion for mathematics and looks forward to sharing that passion with students at Geffen Academy.
