Aghavni Simonyan

Ph.D. - Mathematics Educator
Aghavni joins us from the University of California, Irvine (UCI).

She taught various undergraduate mathematics courses, led skills development lectures for summer research programs MathBioU and Math ExpLR (undergraduate and high school levels, respectively), and coordinated a math enrichment community outreach program for middle school students. Aghavni obtained her bachelor of science degree in mathematics (with departmental honors) from UCLA, then obtained her master of science degree and Ph.D. in mathematics from UCI. Aghavni has a lifelong passion for mathematics, and she inspires her students to love math and helps them reach their full potential.
